•Day to
Day:
High volume of outbound calls to patients Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments for patients, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and other radiology services. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and referral/order requirements. Assist with insurance authorization Provide patients with preparation instructions for exams Document all scheduling and patient interactions accurately in the appropriate Scheduler

Requirements:
Healthcare scheduling or call-center experience Excellent verbal and written communication Scheduling experience within Epic (highly preferred) Strong computer and data-entry skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Professional and empathetic patient communication Scheduler

Schedule:
Looking for candidates flexible to work any 8 hour shift M-F between 7a-7p MST Shift assigned after training Some Saturdays may be required Scheduler
