We are expanding our exceptional team and looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people! This is a unique hybrid-remote opportunity where you can manage most of your schedule from home, with occasional in-office days to support clients and pitch in where needed.
Key Responsibilities Smart Scheduling:
Match clients with the ideal caregivers based on availability, skills, and personality.
Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers, building strong, trusting relationships.
Communication:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule updates, and shift changes with grace and clarity.
Hands-On Support:
Occasionally come into the office to assist with administrative tasks, fill in with clients, and support the broader care team as required.
What We Are Looking For The People Person:
Warm, approachable, and possessing exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with seniors, families, and care staff.
Detail-Oriented:
Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail to ensure zero gaps in our care schedules.
Flexible & Adaptable:
Comfortable navigating changing priorities and willing to pitch in with office tasks or client care when called upon. Previous scheduling or homecare experience is a huge plus!
Schedule & Compensation Hours:
Primarily afternoon shifts , including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
Growth Potential:
Starting part-time (around 20 hours/week) with the clear opportunity to scale up to full-time (up to 40 hours/week) as we grow.
