This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who can help create structure, maintain follow-through, manage communication, and bring operational consistency to a fast-moving environment. The right person for this role is calm under pressure, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing shifting priorities with professionalism, composure, and strong prioritization skills.

What You'll Help Support:

Mortgage pipeline coordination from lead through closing Communication with borrowers, agents, processors, title companies, and internal partners CRM management, task tracking, and operational follow-through Pipeline organization, scheduling, and workflow coordination Daily operational support and accountability Maintaining strong communication and client experience throughout the loan process
