Project Scheduler - Senior Level About the Company This organization is a government services and engineering support firm that partners with federal agencies to deliver mission?critical programs. Key Requirements Onsite position:

4 days per week, 10?hour shifts Ability to obtain a Q clearance 10+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated experience with Project Control Systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM) Strong understanding of project management processes and controls Excellent oral and written communication skills, including reporting to customers and stakeholders Position Overview The Project Scheduler is responsible for executing technical project control activities to ensure assigned projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with government and facility directives. This role provides leadership and technical expertise across planning, scheduling, monitoring, analysis, configuration control, and reporting for multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and risk. Responsibilities Project Planning & Controls Plan, coordinate, and direct project control activities in support of Project Management mission objectives Support integration of scope, cost, and schedule planning and execution Develop and manage cost, schedule, and risk management plans Ensure project managers have accurate tools and data to validate project health, compliance, and performance Scheduling, Cost, & EVM Management Utilize project control tools and systems to manage and report cost and schedule performance Collect and analyze performance data, including EVM metrics Develop Estimates to Complete (ETC) and schedule forecasts Identify and track changes or potential changes to project scope, cost, and schedule Ensure schedule and cost impacts are clearly communicated to the client and project leadership Reporting & Systems Integration Manage integration of cost and schedule data with accounting and management information systems Provide accurate, timely reporting to internal leadership, customers, and stakeholders Support compliance with contractual, financial, and performance goals Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather business inputs and distribute actionable outputs Take a leadership role in driving organizational alignment with company vision and objectives Support continuous improvement in project control processes and best practices
