This role sits at the intersection of: People Process Technology You will work directly with team members, customers, and sales reps to understand how work gets done, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement systems, automation, and AI tools that make everyone more effective. Because we are a growing business, this role also includes front office responsibilities , including communication with customers and reps and supporting day-to-day administrative needs. This is not a traditional admin role—this is a high-impact operations role that helps the company scale . What You'll Do1. Understand Workflows & Build Relationships (Core Responsibility) Meet with team members to understand their day-to-day responsibilities Identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Build trust across the organization 2. Translate Needs into Better Systems Turn real-world workflows into improved processes Recommend and implement solutions that simplify work Act as a bridge between staff and leadership 3. Drive Automation & AI Adoption Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation Use AI tools to improve communication, reporting, and workflows Continuously look for ways to make work faster and easier 4. Support Customers & Sales Reps Answer phone calls and assist customers and reps as needed Help resolve issues and provide a high level of service Ensure communication is clear, helpful, and timely 5. Support Day-to-Day Operations Assist with front office responsibilities as needed Help keep systems, data, and communication organized Step in where needed—this role will wear multiple hats 6. Train & Support the Team Help employees adopt new tools and processes Make technology approachable and easy to use Provide ongoing support and guidance 7. Light Design & Content Support Create simple internal or rep-facing materials Use tools like Canva or Photoshop as needed
