Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Support Manager, pack and ship prescriptions following all shipping procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner. Follow all procedures and each step on the packing and shipping checklist when packaging or shipping an order. Responsible for stocking freezers with ice packs. Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA. Responsible for keeping area clean and adequately stocked with boxes and supplies. Follow all company policies and procedures. Responsible for other duties as assigned by Eagle Management. The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred, one-year minimum of shipping/receiving experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

: Ability to lift 20lbs Ability to work in a standing environment Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, and management Work Independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines Ability to perform repetitious work accurately. Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once. Attention to Detail.
