•Sugar Land, TX 77478 Established company looking for an experienced Receiving Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Sugar Land, TX. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and stocking inbound shipments accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with small parts inventory, receiving procedures, and inventory control systems and can communicate effectively with warehouse, purchasing, production, quality, and engineering teams. Receiving Associate Job Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage Verify inbound products against receiving documents and purchase information Record received materials accurately into the inventory system Inspect shipments for damaged, incorrect, or potentially counterfeit parts Document receiving discrepancies and follow up on disposition Record serial numbers and other required product information Stock inbound materials within required receiving timelines Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counting Support shipping, order fulfillment, and other warehouse functions as needed Work with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams Operate forklifts and JLG lifts as required Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

Receiving Associate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of warehouse receiving experience required Small parts warehouse experience strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Experience receiving and tracking serialized parts Experience with inventory control and cycle counting Experience with bills of material, shipping orders, and kitting preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, inventory control systems, and work order systems Ability to operate forklifts and JLG lifts Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
