Overview Oak View Group, Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL affiliate of the Seattle Kraken), and the Coachella Valley Lakers (NBA G League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers) are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to serve as a Manager, Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment . This person oversees the delivery of all partnership assets and activations across the venue and both teams for their assigned partner accounts. The Manager, Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment, coordinates fulfillment across hockey, basketball, and live entertainment calendars while ensuring compliance with applicable venue, team, league, and partner brand standards. Additionally, this position will be involved with partnership reporting and analytics, mid-season and post-season reporting, renewals, and partner presentations. This individual will also collaborate with other OVG arenas and teams we represent, including Climate Pledge Arena/Seattle Kraken (Seattle, WA); UBS Arena/New York Islanders (Belmont, NY); Moody Center (Austin, TX); CFG Bank Arena (Baltimore, MD); Mullett Arena (Tempe, AZ); EnMarket Arena (Savannah, GA); Co-op Live (Manchester, England, UK); and 400+ other OVG-managed facilities across North America and around the world. This role will pay an annual salary of $72,000 - $75,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of sponsorship accounts across Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and the Coachella Valley Lakers, including the planning and execution of sponsors' contractual elements such as traditional media assets, in-market promotions, in-arena activations, hospitality, experiential programs, and community initiatives. Develop and deliver effective and measurable sponsorship platforms across venue, hockey, and basketball properties by managing expectations, communicating timelines, and ensuring contractual asset fulfillment. Use a variety of methods and resources to creatively engage with and enhance partner relationships, using industry knowledge and brand awareness to overcome challenges, create business opportunities, and exceed company objectives. Work with other team members to develop a plan for each sponsor that demonstrates the ROI and ROO of marketing partnership initiatives, and oversee the development of mid-season and year-end partnership recaps and case studies across applicable properties. Manage internal and external partner expectations related to processes, timelines, approvals, and deadlines. Assist with partnership renewals and identify incremental revenue opportunities among existing partners of Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and the Coachella Valley Lakers. Serve as an on-site point of contact for partner activations during Coachella Valley Firebirds and Coachella Valley Lakers games, Acrisure Arena events, and activities around the perimeter of the venue. Regularly conduct market research to stay current on partner news, industry trends, league developments, and activation concepts relevant to venue, hockey, and basketball partnerships. Work with the business development team on key category and platform ideation for prospects across Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, and the Coachella Valley Lakers. Maintain accurate reporting processes, CRM records, procedures, and partner database information across all assigned properties. Provide a high-level weekly report indicating the status of the current partner and department administrative action items to the Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President of OVG Global Partnerships. Contribute directly to overall department revenue goals through current sponsor partnership renewals and upsell opportunities. Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, marketing, game presentation, ticketing, community relations, and hospitality, to deliver partner needs across arena, hockey, and basketball events. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Sports Management is required. 3-5+ years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sponsorship environment, executing against multiple deals across multiple properties (likely an agency or alternative sports entity/rights holder). A lifelong passion for winning supported by an exceptional track record of success. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers. Creative Problem Solver with the ability to quickly understand brands/partners' business models and how to grow their business. Highly driven self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision, exercise discretion and independent judgment, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. An excellent communicator and accomplished presenter. Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills (highly numerate). An entrepreneurial mentality, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. Must be focused, diligent, and hard-working. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be trustworthy, loyal, and ethical. Willingness to work the hours required to fulfill the commitments of the position. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe Photoshop a plus. Excellent communications skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar. Exceptional listening skills. Possess a high degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Must be consistent, punctual, and have regular attendance.
