• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing the overall warehouse operations to define, establish, and maintain department responsibilities, benchmarks, training needs, and goals.

Manage overall staffing needs to ensure adequate shift staffing for maximum efficiency. Manage performance (i.e. performance review, corrective action, coaching, development, etc.) efficiently and effectively. Takes a proactive stance on providing coaching and corrective action in concert with Director of Warehouse Operations and Human Resources. Work with managed logistics provider to control shipping operations to ensure maximum efficiency & best in class service to Tri-West customers. Responsible for accurate sorting, palletizing, wrapping, and loading to meet current shipping deadlines Receive and cross-dock inbound inventory to be transferred to other Tri-West facilities. Work directly with purchasing department to receive inbound inventory from suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods within ERP system. Devise & manage delivery schedule that best services marketplace to help support sales team. Oversee the upkeep and condition of all equipment and supplies. Maintain and promote high standards of customer service when working with customers and sales team. Work directly with Tri-West Director of Warehouse Operations to improve procedures to run the business in the safest and most efficient ways possible. people are our major assets and the key to our success, we will:

• promote teamwork and involvement Lead warehouse associates on inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, will-call, and outbound shipping.

Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and timely discrepancy resolution. Plan labor and dock activity against daily and weekly order volume, inbound containers, and branch transfers. Coordinate freight transfers, will-call, and outbound shipments so product leaves on time and undamaged. Enforce safety standards for PPE, equipment, racking, dock, and housekeeping; investigate incidents and close corrective actions. Use the company

ERP / WMS

(Infor M3 or equivalent) to process receipts, transfers, picks, and shipments accurately. Protect dealer and company interests on inter-warehouse transfers and special freight moves, following dual-approval and market-rate rules. Coach, schedule, and develop the team; cover peak days and fill gaps without dropping service. Track KPIs such as on-time ship, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and Perfect Order Rate; act on gaps. Partner with sales and branch leadership on space utilization, slotting, and process improvements. Keep the facility clean and organized to support same-day and next-day service to dealers and contractors.
