Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth:

Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.

Team Management:

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.

Budgetary Control:

Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.

Operational Performance:

Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.

Customer Relations:

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.

Leadership:

1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.

Volume Mastery:

Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.

Preferences:
