Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and help lead the warehouse team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support and coordinate daily warehouse activities. Assist in leading and directing warehouse employees. Help ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Support receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and general warehouse activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate operational needs and issues to management. Ensure warehouse procedures and safety guidelines are followed. Help train and support team members as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. Minimum 1 year of warehouse lead experience. Current forklift certification required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead and support a team.
