The person who keeps the warehouse moving and gets orders out the door faster You may be a bit uneasy if you see people working in an inefficient manor. If you lose sleep at night its because you were thinking of a better organization system. When there's a discussion about what works best, you always have a clear idea in your mind how it should work, and you're not afraid to direct people on how to do it. That's because you were destined to be a warehouse operations master. You will lead a team of approximately five full-time pick-pack employees and own the daily systems that turn incoming orders into accurate, on-time shipments. This is not a job for someone who wants to relay every problem to upper management. We are looking for the person who sees the bottleneck, sets the priority, fixes the process and keeps the team moving - then tells us what improved. The mission Manage the time, priorities and schedule of the pick-pack team so we reduce the time between an order being placed and that order leaving our warehouse. That is the number one priority of this role. Accuracy, organization, communication and a productive team are how you will make it happen. What success looks like Orders move from received to shipped faster and more consistently. Every employee knows the day's priorities and what to work on next. Staffing and schedules match order volume and warehouse needs. Returns, wholesale orders and urgent projects do not disappear into a corner. Inventory and supplies are organized, easy to find and replenished before they become emergencies. Customer service gets clear, timely answers when an order or return needs warehouse attention. You solve routine operating problems independently and involve leadership when a decision truly requires it. What you will own Daily team leadership. Set priorities, assign work, monitor progress, coach employees and keep the shift focused on the highest-value tasks. Scheduling and staffing. Build and adjust employee schedules, manage coverage and plan around order volume, deliveries and seasonal peaks. Order flow. Oversee picking, packing and shipping with a constant focus on reducing order-to-ship time without sacrificing accuracy. Employee productivity. Track output, identify slowdowns and prepare practical weekly reporting on team performance and warehouse priorities. Returns. Own the warehouse side of returns, including receiving, inspection, disposition, restocking and communication with customer service. Warehouse supplies. Monitor and reorder shipping materials, warehouse consumables and other operational supplies before they run short. Inventory organization. Keep products physically organized, move inventory as needs change and maintain locations that make sense to the people doing the work. Space optimization. Improve how the warehouse is laid out and used so products, people and equipment can move efficiently. Inbound freight. Coordinate deliveries, unload trucks and make sure incoming inventory is received and put away promptly. Priority projects. Help pack wholesale orders and jump into other warehouse work when the day's priorities demand it. The kind of person who will thrive here You are organized without needing everything to be perfect. You communicate directly, stay calm when the plan changes and make decisions with the information available. You can lead from the floor, use a computer comfortably and turn basic operating data into an honest answer about what is working and what is not. You take ownership and follow problems through to completion. You can give clear direction, hold people accountable and still build a team people want to be part of. You naturally rank work by urgency and business impact. You are comfortable with spreadsheets, productivity reports, email and e-commerce or shipping software. You communicate well with customer service, leadership, carriers and warehouse employees. You are willing to work alongside the team when needed, including packing orders and unloading freight (Fork Lift!). You can safely lift and move warehouse cartons and perform the physical parts of the role. Experience that helps Experience leading employees in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution or e-commerce environment. Experience with employee scheduling, performance coaching and productivity reporting. Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping platforms, spreadsheets and basic warehouse metrics. Forklift or pallet-jack experience is a plus. About Brio Product Group We are a growing e-commerce company behind Brio men's grooming products and Ollie oral care.
