Manufacturing One, LLC is a decorative automotive supplier. We are looking to hire Production Technicians to help with our continued growth. If you're serious about your next job and want to work 4 10-hour shifts with possible overtime, DT Manufacturing is for you. This position will start in our Highland, MI, 48357 location and will move within the next couple of months to our Davisburg, MI, 48350 location. As an operator on the production floor, you will learn how to form, trim, and injection mold our decorative parts. You will learn how to manufacture automotive parts while maintaining an effective pace. Experience with machine operating, quality inspection, calipers and other measurement tools is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Pay starts at $18.00/hour in addition to a $1.00/hour shift premium with opportunities for growth 2nd shift: 3:45 pm to 2:15 am Monday-Thursday, with possible hours Friday-Sunday The ideal candidate would have: Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Great attendance and attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle a ten-hour workload
