$65,000•75,000

Schedule:

Wednesday-Saturday | 5:00PM-5:00AM Once trained•every other Saturday off Flexibility to cover additional days/hours as needed Bonus eligible

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 (paid out over the first year of employment) Position Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead night-shift warehouse operations, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and team performance. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations while managing labor, space, and operational budgets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations Lead, train, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members Schedule staff to meet operational demands and production needs Manage inventory flow, stock rotation, and space utilization Monitor inventory accuracy and control product loss Secure company assets and ensure compliance with safety standards Manage labor and operating expense (OPEX) budgets Coordinate warehouse capacity with outside warehouses, planning, and transportation teams Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF systems (SAP preferred) Maintain working knowledge of forklifts and equipment maintenance Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment Prior experience in warehouse operations, transportation, purchasing, customer service, or related fields Proven experience managing people and labor budgets Strong computer skills with inventory and database systems Familiarity with WMS and inventory management tools Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks and lift products as required Forklift certification required within 6 months of hire Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug test Why Join Us?
