Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Shift Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment with experience. The Warehouse Shift Lead is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, inventory accuracy, staff scheduling, safety compliance, and overall warehouse efficiency. This role ensures products are handled, stored, and distributed accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of organization and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse or logistics operations, and the ability to motivate teams to meet performance goals. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring inventory levels, enforcing safety procedures, and collaborating with other departments to support operational needs. Candidates should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a physically active environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Previous supervisory experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are preferred

) Warehouse Supervisor

  • Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper documentation Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet delivery schedules Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Enforce company policies and OSHA safety regulations Operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Track and report inventory levels, damaged goods, and operational issues Collaborate with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency Assist with scheduling, staffing, and assigning daily tasks Resolve warehouse-related issues quickly and professionally Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and handled according to company procedures•Proficient in using hand tools and measuring equipment•Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management•Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately This position requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to bend and lift comfortably throughout the entire shift. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience Requirements Minimum of 2-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills Forklift certification or equipment operation experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA guidelines preferred
