This role ensures products are handled, stored, and distributed accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of organization and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse or logistics operations, and the ability to motivate teams to meet performance goals. ) Warehouse Supervisor

• Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper documentation Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet delivery schedules Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Enforce company policies and OSHA safety regulations Operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Track and report inventory levels, damaged goods, and operational issues Collaborate with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency Assist with scheduling, staffing, and assigning daily tasks Resolve warehouse-related issues quickly and professionally Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and handled according to company procedures•Proficient in using hand tools and measuring equipment•Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management•Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately This position requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
