Full-time or Part-time About the Role DYLN Fulfillment is expanding its coffee manufacturing operation in Austin and is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Coffee Production & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys working with coffee, production, inventory, and warehouse operations. The majority of your time will be focused on our growing coffee manufacturing operation, helping manage the process from green coffee and production preparation through roasting, packaging, finished inventory, and fulfillment. When coffee production needs are lighter, you will also support the broader DYLN Fulfillment warehouse with receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the entire coffee production process and grow with the operation. Previous commercial coffee roasting experience is a plus, but it is not required. Reliability, attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn are more important. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Prepare coffee, packaging materials, equipment, and work areas for production runs Assist with commercial coffee roasting and learn roasting procedures and equipment Stage and track green coffee for upcoming production Assist with grinding, weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packing coffee Maintain accurate production counts and records Track coffee lots throughout the production process Perform basic quality-control checks during production Receive and organize green coffee, bags, labels, cases, and other production materials Monitor inventory levels for coffee and packaging supplies Help identify materials that need to be reordered Maintain client-specific coffee and packaging inventory Organize and put away finished coffee inventory after production Keep the coffee production and storage areas clean, organized, and production-ready Assist with production scheduling and preparation Help troubleshoot day-to-day production and inventory issues Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders Assist with warehouse receiving, inventory, replenishment, and other fulfillment activities as needed As the coffee manufacturing operation grows, this position will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for coffee production, roasting, inventory, and day-to-day manufacturing operations. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Extremely reliable and dependable Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working in a hands-on production and warehouse environment Able to follow detailed processes and maintain accurate records Comfortable working independently once trained Willing to learn commercial coffee roasting and manufacturing Able to manage multiple priorities and shift between production and fulfillment tasks Proactive about identifying inventory, production, or operational issues Focused on cleanliness, organization, quality, and consistency Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and production tracking Interested in growing with a rapidly developing operation Experience in coffee, food manufacturing, production, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar environment is preferred but not required. Commercial coffee roasting experience is a strong plus. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.

You should be comfortable:

Standing and moving for extended periods Repeatedly lifting and moving boxes, coffee, and production materials Working around commercial coffee roasting and production equipment Performing repetitive production and packaging tasks Working in a warehouse and light-manufacturing environment Why Join DYLN Fulfillment? This isn't simply a warehouse picking and packing position. You will be joining DYLN as we build and scale a growing coffee manufacturing operation from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to learn commercial coffee production, roasting, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and fulfillment while helping develop the systems and processes that support the business as it grows. For the right person, this role has a clear opportunity to grow into a Coffee Production Lead and eventually take greater ownership of our coffee manufacturing operation.
