Temp-to-Hire Pay:

$18 (DOE) Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to keep operations running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately. Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance. Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.

Manage crew supplies:

track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock. Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items. Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch, fleet, or inventory management preferred). Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong multitasking ability and a can-do attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (¡Se valora mucho que hables español!).
