Our team supports a wide range of customer programs including employee webstores, onboarding kits, event merchandise, apparel programs, and custom branded products. Our warehouse and fulfillment team plays a critical role in supporting these customer webstores and programs by receiving inventory, organizing products, picking and packing orders, assembling kits, and ensuring shipments are completed accurately and on time. Position Description Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing customer orders for shipment. Assist with kitting and assembly projects for customer programs and special orders. Count, verify, and quality check incoming and outgoing products to ensure order accuracy. Receive inventory into stock through internal systems while maintaining organized and accurate inventory records. Assist with pulling additional inventory items as needed to complete customer shipments. Ensure picked orders are double checked for accuracy prior to shipment. Assist with specialty packaging or labeling requirements for customer orders when needed. Help manage partial shipments and backordered items by keeping inventory organized and assisting with fulfillment as products arrive. Support general warehouse operations including stocking, organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other warehouse team members as needed. Work collaboratively with the warehouse and operations teams to help ensure orders ship accurately and on time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or pick/pack experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow processes and instructions while working both independently and as part of a team. Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in day-to-day operations. Ability to lift and move boxes/products typically ranging from 5-25 lbs as part of normal warehouse operations. While not constant, candidates should be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment with regular movement of products and materials. Basic computer and shipping system experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties, kitting projects, and operational support as needed. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Compensation for this position is dependent upon experience and is expected to range from $17-$19/hour.
