Retail Pharmacy in Cheshire, CT is looking for a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Technician & Marketing Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, dispensing, and medication fulfillment Manage prescription intake, data entry, and patient profile maintenance Provide exceptional customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phone Process insurance claims and resolve billing or adjudication issues Develop and execute social media content, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Create promotional materials, newsletters, and in-store signage to drive engagement Support local marketing efforts including events, partnerships, and loyalty programs

Requirements:

Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician registration/certification in Connecticut (CPhT preferred) Prior pharmacy technician experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting Familiarity with pharmacy management software and insurance billing Experience with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills Genuine passion for community health and customer relationships
