Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse workflows. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Sort incoming electronic materials by type and category. Inspect electronics for damage, reuse potential, or recycling requirements. Dismantle computers, laptops, servers, printers, televisions, and other electronic devices using hand and power tools. Remove batteries, hard drives, circuit boards, cables, and other components according to company procedures. Separate recyclable materials such as metals, plastics, and electronic components. Identify and properly handle hazardous materials following company safety guidelines. Maintain accuracy while processing materials to maximize recovery and value. Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of debris. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Meet daily production and quality goals. Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or operational concerns to supervisors. Assist with unloading, staging, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Experience with electronic recycling or dismantling is a plus. Ability to safely use hand tools and basic power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
