Duties Operate CNC machining centers, including CNC lathes, milling machines, and other automated equipment such as Fanuc controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring precise manufacturing according to technical drawings and specifications Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery like press brake machines, stamping presses, flexo presses, and CAM programming tools to optimize production efficiency Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production documents to accurately fabricate parts using shop math and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) standards Handle materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials or finished products safely within the facility Perform dimensional measurements with precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify product quality and adherence to specifications Conduct routine maintenance checks on industrial equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with all safety standards in production environments by following proper procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming preferred Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting and interpreting technical drawings is essential Hands-on shop experience in manufacturing or factory settings demonstrating knowledge of fabrication processes such as stamping, machining, or assembly line work Proficiency with CAD software like SolidWorks for design interpretation or modifications is advantageous Strong understanding of quality control procedures including dimensional measurements, GD&T, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret factory production documents effectively Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments along with experience handling hand tools and packaging materials Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products!
