Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our fast-paced production environment! In this role, you will be actively engaged in supporting manufacturing operations, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and efficient workflows within our manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills and grow within a thriving industrial setting. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility. Support the setup, maintenance, and organization of the assembly line to optimize productivity. Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and inventory management in the warehouse. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while following quality control procedures. Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely. Experience working on assembly lines or in a manufacturing facility is a plus. Ability to operate mechanical equipment and handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness. Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures is advantageous.
