Duties Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery, adhering to quality control standards Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport goods safely Use barcode scanning systems and RF scanners to accurately track inventory and process orders within warehouse management systems (WMS) Pick and prepare orders efficiently by locating items using order picker equipment and ensuring correct quantities are packed for shipment Load shipments onto trucks and unload incoming stock while following safety protocols and PPE use guidelines Maintain organized storage by stocking inventory correctly, managing stock levels, and updating inventory management systems regularly Conduct safety checks on equipment operation and ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures at all times Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury Excellent organizational skills for order picking, packing, stocking, and quality control processes Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, load & unload operations, and warehouse distribution workflows Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying order quantities accurately Commitment to safety protocol adherence including PPE use and safe operation of all warehouse equipment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a well-organized warehouse environment.
