Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate

Company Overview Power Lodge is a family-owned company, with many growth opportunities, and great people! We currently have an opening for a Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associate. Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory and accurately enter product information into system database. Unpack products, verifying part numbers and quantities on orders are correct. Report any damages on received products to supplier. Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (as needed). Organize and systemize the entire receiving process to ensure efficiency. Stock and maintain appropriate inventory on all products. Clean, organize and maintain bin locations in the warehouse and parts department. Organize and store products in designated warehouse bin locations. Prep orders to be mailed out or picked up. Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in restocking the retail sales floor displays to meet or exceed dealerships standards. Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at point of sale. Backup phone calls during busy times.. Professionally greet and communicate with all customers you come in contact with in person or over the phone. Other general warehouse duties and tasks as assigned by Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
