• Full-time We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals for an Entry Level Field Sales Representative position.

This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you'll represent nationally recognized brands, connect directly with customers in a retail environment, and help drive new customer acquisitions. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing mentorship from day one. What You'll Do Engage with customers directly in a retail setting Build relationships and create positive customer experiences Present products and services based on customer needs Generate new customer acquisitions and drive sales Work closely with a team in a fast-paced environment Learn sales, communication, and leadership skills Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals Compensation This is an Hourly + Commission position paid weekly. Average representatives earn around $1,500 per week, with uncapped earning potential based on performance. The harder you work, the more you earn.
