Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following proper packaging procedures to ensure product integrity during transit Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, labeling products, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and safety standards Support order fulfillment processes by performing data entry into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or similar platforms Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve logistics workflows, and uphold quality standards Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and inventory management software Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and trade compliance regulations including international trade rules Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely (certification preferred) Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights accurately Excellent data entry skills coupled with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation Customer service orientation to assist internal teams or external vendors when needed Experience in warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload activities, and order fulfillment processes Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success!
