RAMM Fence and Stalls has been located in Swanton, OH for over 30 years, and is an industry leader in horse fencing, stalls and barn products. The Warehouse Associate position is physically demanding and requires 8 hours of standing/walking per shift. Candidates should prioritize accuracy and approach each day with an energetic and willing attitude. This fast-paced job is a full time position; previous warehouse experience is required. The position requires working 1st shift, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently. Must be able to drive a forklift. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Pull, pack and check orders for shipping Prepare pallets for freight shipping Process inbound and outbound small package shipments Enter shipments in USPS/Fed-Ex/UPS Worldship Software Prepare BOL's and appropriate documentation Forklift operation Load/Unload outgoing and incoming trucks Maintain staging and storage areas Perform cycle-counts and/or full inventories Maintain and keep clean and safe organized area Acute attention to detail Qualified applicants will possess the following: Ability to follow instructions Can effectively and quickly complete tasks High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a warehouse setting Working knowledge of MS Office and computer skills Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift Flexibility of scheduled hours with short notice Strong counting skills Ability to multitask Positive attitude
