Job Description

Production Associate•Pallet Repair and Dismantling Are you tired of feeling like just a number? It's time for something better. Responsibilities Repair broken pallets using nail guns and other tools Dismantle used pallets using machinery or hand tools Sort pallets and separate usable lumber according to company standards (training provided) Stack and organize materials for reuse in pallet repair and rebuilding Remove damaged boards and prepare materials for production Maintain consistent production output and meet performance expectations Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed Requirements Ability to consistently lift 35-40 lbs throughout the day, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment Must be able to perform very physical, hands-on work for the entire shift Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching, standing) Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to maintain a steady pace and meet production goals Experience in production or general labor is preferred (but not required) Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude Benefits Free health insurance Paid holidays and vacation Weekly productivity bonuses based on performance in assigned work areas Access to on-site weight room and cardio room Opportunities for advancement within the company
