  • 0303-8, your typical work assignments may include: Assisting Regional office employees with unfair labor practice and represention case hearing proceedings by organizing evidence and independently preparing and assembling legal documents required in the case.
Maintaining case files by establishing and organizing documents, recording and issuing actions and documents, upding all electronic case records and dabases (Case Management software), and confirming case stuses with torneys. Serving as the Regional office expert in use of the Agency's electronic case processing system providing technical support and guidance to various staff members in the system's operional uses, tracking, retrieval and electronic recordkeeping. To be qualified for this position the GS-08 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level th has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Program Support Assistant (OA) the GS-08.
Specialized experience includes:
Experience researching and ghering legal informion and documention from files and records, policies, regulions and stutes, witness interviews, dabases, and/or other sources; and Experience utilizing an automed dabase management system to input, retrieve, monitor and maintain electronic case files, and prepare reports; and Experience performing a broad range of administrive, records management and clerical functions, utilizing operional guides to ensure proper execution of daily tasks; and Preparing responses to inquiries and requests for informion.
