Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with experience in men's health and hormone therapy. The role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and management of testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and related wellness services. You will help patients understand their hormone levels and develop personalized plans to improve their hormone health. We are a new clinic that is looking to make it simple for men to feel their best. We are a modern, boutique-style clinic environment designed to keep patients comfortable while providing a relaxed setting for our team. Duties:

Conduct patient consultations and assessments Order and interpret labs Recommend and adjust treatment plans Educate patients on treatment protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Collaborate with supervising physician and clinic team to ensure quality and compliance Stay current with updates in men's health and hormone therapy Maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California (required) DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred:

Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, or endocrinology Familiarity with TRT, peptide therapy, and wellness services Comfort with ordering/interpreting labs and developing treatment plans What we offer: Healthcare stipend Paid Time Off Flexible schedule Bonus incentives based on performance and clinic growth
