Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of HVAC equipment. Candidates must be dependable, professional, and capable of working independently as well as with a team. Responsibilities Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC experience required. Anything under 2 year no need to apply. EPA Certification required. Valid Driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with rooftop units, split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems preferred. Install, replace, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards and local codes. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all work performed for accountability and future reference. Hands-on experience with equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters; welding or sheet metal skills are a plus.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
