TALENT... We are looking for a high-preforming Landscape Supervisor who can take full ownership of field operations. This is not an entry-level leadership role - you must be confident running crews, managing jobs independently, and delivering clean, professional results without constant oversight. Responsibilities Lead and manage crews of 5+ Run projects start to finish independently Operate; Mini Skid Steer, Excavator, Dingo, and Lawn equipment Perform grading, drainage, and leveling Install and troubleshoot landscape lighting systems Install and repair irrigation systems Read and execute plans accurately Communicate with clients professionally Solve problems in the field Manage materials and workflow Assist with estimating and planning Train and develop new crew members Qualifications 3+ Years experience as a crew leader a must Strong grading and site work experience Equipment operation skills a must Lighting and Irrigations experience Ability to read plans Strong Leadership and communication skills Valid/Clean driver's license (CDL preferred) Bilingual a plus

Pay:

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
