Overview Join our dynamic team as a Custom Accessories Technician, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle customization will drive exciting projects and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle accessories with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform vehicles into personalized expressions of style and functionality, ensuring each customer's vision becomes a reality. Responsibilities Install custom accessories such as spoilers, running boards, roof racks, and interior enhancements using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks to ensure accessory compatibility and secure installation. Use technical tools like ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality of electronic accessories. Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols to guarantee high-quality workmanship. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accessory fitment, wiring, or mechanical components during or after installation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and calibrated. Document work performed accurately in service records and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience working on vehicles or similar machinery. Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and ratchets. Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures and understanding of automotive systems. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electrical testing devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electronic components. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical details clearly.
