Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive sector, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering top-notch service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information about automotive products, services, and repair processes. Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service. Assist customers with warranty claims and track the status of their requests. Collaborate with the service department to address customer issues and expedite resolutions. Process transactions, including payments and refunds, and maintain accurate records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and industry trends. You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team Experience in retail or a service industry (preferred) Effective interpersonal and communication skills Have an eagerness to learn You can lift up to 50 pounds Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to use hand tools Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
