In this energetic role, you will lead business development initiatives, manage existing customer accounts, and deliver tailored Uniform solutions that meet diverse organizational needs. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us expand our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Responsibilities o Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. o Build strong relationships with customer purchasing, operations, and management teams. o Conduct regular business reviews and communicate program performance. o Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and product-related inquiries. o Manage customer uniform programs from implementation through ongoing support. o Coordinate new account onboarding and employee uniform rollouts. o Monitor account activity, contract compliance, and service levels. o Maintain customer records, pricing agreements, and program documentation. o Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts. o Recommend new products, services, and program enhancements. o Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. o Support contract renewals and customer retention efforts. o Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment activities. o Monitor stock levels and forecast customer requirements. o Work with sourcing, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability. o Manage special orders, size changes, and program modifications. o Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Finance. o Coordinate product launches, uniform transitions, and special projects. o Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule. o Track sales performance and account profitability. o Prepare customer reports and business reviews. o Analyze purchasing trends and recommend improvements. o Maintain CRM and account management records through Monday.com. o Functional knowledge of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to customers/prospects o Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met o Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track deliverables o Deliver progress reports to team members, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas o Price Quote Management o Drive price creation from project inception to price completion in a timely manner; compiling and reviewing all major variables (specifications, technical data, cost worksheets, etc.) to ensure pricing is accurate and complete o Add price quote details/changes/updates to customers in ERP database, Monday.com and CRM o Prepare price update forms and coordinating with accounting o Distribute all reports necessary for account management (whether creating or compiling from ERP). This includes customer specific reports. o Generate, Review and Distribute Monthly Inventory Reports Review Open Orders and stock status reports to maintain inventory communicationuidance during client consultations Skills Strong negotiation, deal closing, and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Proficiency in CRM systems sales management tools for effective account management Excellent communication skills for client relationship management and persuasive client communication Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches for growth Experience in B2B sales, enterprise selling, and managing large-scale customer accounts in a corporate environment Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a fast-paced sales setting Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise in sales, client management, and strategic thinking will make a tangible impact.
