As a Client Success Manager at Indio, you'll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of high-growth clients ensuring they're not just getting what they paid for, but unlocking everything they could be achieving.
THE ROLE
This is less a project management role, it's a relationship- and results-forward role. You're the point for assigned client accounts. You'll serve as the key driver once a client is onboarded, ensuring they're not just satisfied but realizing the impact of their investment. You'll manage client communications, guide them through strategies and results, and help uncover new levers in modern media, SEO, funnels, CRM, or insights that can further grow their business. You must be both proactive and consultative, helping clients understand what's working, what's next, and what to fix.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN
Own and grow client relationships with regular calls, quarterly plans, monthly reviews Translate marketing and data into business strategy conversations Ensure what was promised gets delivered — and that what's delivered performs Identify new opportunities (paid, SEO, CRM, etc.) and bring new ideas to the table Be a trusted voice to both the client and the internal team
YOU'LL FIT THIS ROLE IF
You've lived inside Google Ads, Meta, SEO dashboards, and CRMs You know how to read the room and manage clients with clarity and confidence You're fluent in business growth, not just "marketing metrics" You love tech and change — and don't fear AI, you embrace it You think creatively, act proactively, and have high ownership energy You want to contribute, not just execute
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5
-7+ years in account management, digital marketing, or growth roles Subject matter expertise in at least 3 of the following: Google/Meta media, SEO/AEO, sales funnels, CRM & automation, web performance, or analytics Exceptional communication skills via email, Zoom, presentation decks High proficiency using (and learning) platforms like AI tools, project management software, analytics dashboards, etc.
