Customer Service & Support Coordinator TCS Dental Inc Long Beach, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Phone communication Inventory management Customer service Computer literacy NetSuite Shipping & receiving Task prioritization Microsoft Teams Computer skills Order entry Communication skills Marketing Entry level Progress tracking (project management tasks) Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person who can take ownership of their work and doesn't need constant direction. This role is based in a quiet office setting and is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable figuring things out on their own, while also supporting multiple team members and handling a variety of incoming requests throughout the day.
Who this is for:
Is organized and can manage multiple tasks at once Is comfortable being interrupted and shifting priorities Can keep track of tasks and follow through without reminders Works well both independently and as part of a team Responsibilities include: Taking and processing customer orders (phone and online) Entering orders into NetSuite and preparing shipments Monitoring FedEx deliveries and resolving issues Tracking inventory and coordinating restocking Assisting with general office tasks, vendor follow-ups, and simple marketing support Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently Basic computer skills (NetSuite and Teams a plus)
Schedule & Pay:
