Job Description
Who this is for:
Is organized and can manage multiple tasks at once Is comfortable being interrupted and shifting priorities Can keep track of tasks and follow through without reminders Works well both independently and as part of a team Responsibilities include: Taking and processing customer orders (phone and online) Entering orders into NetSuite and preparing shipments Monitoring FedEx deliveries and resolving issues Tracking inventory and coordinating restocking Assisting with general office tasks, vendor follow-ups, and simple marketing support Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently Basic computer skills (NetSuite and Teams a plus)Schedule & Pay:
