This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, takes pride in delivering white-glove service, and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the advisor and client experience, along with proven leadership skills. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing and mentoring a team, improving processes, and creating a high-quality client experience while also helping build and scale the firm's operations as it grows. We are seeking a seasoned professional who is responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, service-driven setting. Strong people leader who has experience managing, mentoring, and developing a client service and/or operations team. Wealth management experience with a strong understanding of the client and advisor experience and how the pieces of a wealth management practice fit together. Hands-on operator who is comfortable overseeing day-to-day workflows, account openings, transfers, asset movement, account maintenance, and client service. Client-focused leader who understands the importance of delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience and can step in to resolve escalated issues when needed. Process-oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail, documentation, accountability, and follow-through. Collaborative partner who can work effectively with advisors, custodians, compliance, and firm leadership. Technology-minded and process-driven , with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, workflows, and technology. Coach and team builder who enjoys developing people, delegating effectively, and creating accountability while maintaining a positive team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think beyond the day-to-day operations to help build and scale the firm as it grows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years of experience within wealth management Series 66 or Series 65 is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant industry systems Working knowledge of investments, insurance, and financial planning concepts Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service in a fast-paced environment.
