In-Person Job Summary Xoom Printing is looking for a reliable, creative, and customer-focused Graphic Designer & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position combines basic graphic design, customer service, sales, and daily office responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable assisting walk-in customers, responding to emails, preparing invoices, recommending printing products, and creating or editing simple designs for customer orders. Responsibilities

• Create and edit basic designs for business cards, flyers, banners, signs, brochures, invitations, and other printed materials
• Assist walk-in customers with their printing and design needs
• Help customers select the right products, materials, sizes, and finishes
• Recommend additional products and services based on the customer's needs
• Respond professionally to customer emails and ongoing email threads
• Answer phone calls and provide pricing or order information
• Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and order confirmations
• Review customer files and confirm that designs are ready for printing
• Follow up with customers regarding artwork approvals, payments, and order status
• Manage multiple customer orders and meet deadlines
• Keep customer information and order details organized
• Support other daily front-desk and printing-shop responsibilities as needed Qualifications-
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, file preparation, sizing, resolution, and print layouts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Ability to recommend and sell products confidently without being overly aggressive
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, customer service, retail, or sales is preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, creative, and willing to learn.

You should be comfortable helping customers who may not know exactly what they need and guiding them toward the best printing or design solution. Applicants may be asked to provide examples of previous graphic design work or a portfolio.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
