Customer Service Store Manager

Store Manager (hourly+ overtime) - for Escape Room location We're looking for an outgoing, friendly individual with a strong personality who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. The ideal candidate is reliable, honest, and hard-working , with previous customer service experience .

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the store Greeting and assisting customers Managing bookings and sales through a POS system Overseeing and supporting team members during shifts Resetting rooms and preparing games between groups Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the escape room This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability , including longer shifts , evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week during the summer season. Salary starts at $20 / hour (overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week) Job Location Ocean city, MD Required education: Applicants must have at least a completed associate's degree or be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program .
