About the

Role:

We are seeking a highly articulate and energetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team on-site in Hicksville. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support via phone and email and will serve as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of customer communications (calls and emails)Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to customer inquiriesResolve order and delivery issues by working cross-functionally with internal teamsBuild strong customer relationships with a service-first mindsetMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product offeringsDocument all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in customer service or call center support, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC usageProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feetComfortable working both independently and in a team environmentExperience with confections, foodservice, or large product catalogs a plus
