Position Summary :
The Front End Supervisor plays a crucial role in the department's day-to-day operations to achieve both departmental and store objectives. Working closely with the AFEM (Assistant Front End Manager), the supervisor focuses on maintaining operational efficiency to meet RFB standards. This involves the training and development of staff, enhancing task performance, and promoting positive customer interactions. As a frontline leader, the supervisor addresses employee behavior matters and provides guidance. They oversee staff activities, including managing breaks and lunches. Furthermore, they prioritize compliance with governmental regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment. The supervisor actively engages with customer concerns, resolving issues promptly. Through their excellent customer service, they set a standard for the team to follow while upholding company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Reporting to the FEM (Front End Manager) and AFEM, the supervisor works in partnership with the RCS (Retail Central Services) Team.
Position's Key Responsibilities :
Provide Training and Development of Staff. Maintain Employee Relations and Engagement. Make Timely Resolutions of Customer or Employee Needs or Concerns. Assure Food & Workplace Safety is Adhered to. Confirm Accurate Data of All Administration Functions. Maintains Ready for Business (RFB) standards. Maintain Vendor, Customer, and Corporate Relations. Other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay:
$22.95/hr., Depending on
Experience Salary Range:

Position Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-4 years of experience in area of specialization. Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products preferred. Excellent customer service. Knowledge of basic math skills, ten key/calculator. Flexible schedule. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
