ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

At MMGY, we inspire people to go places. We have an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator, based in our Overland Park, KS office. The Account Management team serves as the primary point of contact for all agency clients and as a conduit of communication between the client and all agency personnel and, therefore is ultimately responsible for the quality of all agency output and client satisfaction. The Account Coordinator plays a key role in the management of client relationships by collaborating with agency teams on the development and execution of all creative campaigns and individual client projects, whether assigned by the client and/or other agency partners. The ideal Account Coordinator must thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment, have exceptional organizational skills, have a proactive attitude, excellent people skills and a sincere interest in the client(s) business. The Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that the agency output meets the agency and client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves the agency standard of quality. Responsibilities General Account Management Responsibilities - All Levels Maintain consistent daily client communication to facilitate deliverables and support client/agency growth via phone, email, etc in a professional manner. Develop knowledge and understanding of the travel industry, client business, advertising industry/channels and agency process Actively participate in internal and external meetings as assigned In partnership with team leadership, take an active role in your personal and professional growth Establish and invest in cross channel agency relationships Serve as final stage of agency QA for work completed by agency Account Coordinator Role Specific Responsibilities Facilitate the progression of agency work through MMGY's workflow process and serve as final QA on all materials developed by the agency. Demonstrate command of agency workflow tools including, but not limited to, Workamajig, Jira, Basecamp, Slack, etc. Actively participate in the creative routing process to ensure deliverables are met and that work meets expectations Document internal/external communication including meeting notes, project updates and client approval and disseminate among relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Compile competitive and secondary client research in support of agency work and client updates Coordinate internal and external meetings, including attendee invitations, agendas, location reservations, production of materials for distribution, AV and other miscellaneous logistics. Verify vendor documentation such as estimates, invoices, insertion orders, specs, placement schedules, etc for accuracy. Other misc requirements as required by team structure and client needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or other related field or relevant work experience Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing Results oriented, self-motivated able to inspire sense urgency for self and teammates Ability to problem-solve, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliably and great energy Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google business applications Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and respect Exhibits discretion with confidential information MMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package that includes a hybrid telework policy.
