Position Overview We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Wellness Concierge / Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and practitioners. This is not a traditional front desk role. You will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated, and personalized client experience from first inquiry through ongoing care. Key Responsibilities Manage client communications (calls, texts, emails) with warmth and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments using MindBody / scheduling platforms Conduct client follow-ups (pre- and post-session) to ensure satisfaction and retention Coordinate with facilitators and providers to optimize schedules and flow Support client intake and onboarding process Maintain accurate records and organized calendars Assist in promoting services, packages, and wellness offerings Ensure every client interaction reflects a calm, high-end, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Professional, calm, and client-focused demeanor Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service preferred Familiarity with MindBody, SimplePractice, or similar systems is a plus Compensation $22-$25 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based incentives available (client bookings, retention, upsells) Why Join Us Be part of a growing luxury wellness brand in Beverly Hills Work in a serene, beautifully designed environment Opportunity for growth as the company expands Make a meaningful impact in clients' mental health and wellness journeys To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief message explaining why you would be a great fit for Peaceful Mind Centers.
