Salary Range:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Retirement Plan Requirements Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Professional phone etiquette. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to obtain P&C License Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
