Job Title:

Customer Service (Warehouse) Job Description The Warehouse Administrative Support role involves assisting with customer orders, providing front-line administrative support, and maintaining inventory in a storefront warehouse environment. This position supports daily operations by working within an internal database, answering phone calls, and performing light stocking duties. Responsibilities Support customer orders using the internal database system. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with basic inquiries. Perform light stocking and organization of products as needed. Maintain accurate order and inventory information. Provide general administrative support to the warehouse/storefront team. Essential Skills Customer service experience, preferably in retail or in-person settings. Proficiency in data entry and order processing. Computer literacy and ability to navigate internal systems and databases. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic math aptitude for order accuracy and inventory support. Organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a storefront environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with retail experience preferred. Comfortable navigating internal systems and databases. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule. Bilingual skills preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Encinitas, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
