Process sales orders, customer invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices Coordinate with sales and technical teams to confirm product specs and terms Track orders and provide updates to customers and sales Support timely customer payments and vendor payables Manage back-orders and follow up on all open orders from start to finish Handle foreign currency conversions (EUR, JPY, CHF ? USD)
