This position supports our licensed insurance agents, brokers, and DMV registration team by collecting customer information, preparing paperwork, following up with clients, and helping ensure daily transactions are completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a busy office, and keeping paperwork and daily operations organized. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls. Collect customer information, documents, signatures, and payments. Support licensed insurance agents and brokers with paperwork and client follow-ups. Verify that daily and weekly DMV transactions are completed and submitted on time. Maintain DMV inventory, supplies, license plates, and stickers. Enter accurate customer information and notes into company systems. Assist with monthly marketing campaigns What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to recognize missing information, follow up without waiting to be reminded, and help keep customer files and office transactions moving forward. Insurance licensing and additional industry training opportunities may be available to the right candidate.
Pay:
