Duties/Responsibilities:
Secondary customer service support Friendly and outgoing personality Providing exceptional customer support via email and phone calls Maintaining strong communication with retail stores to transfer necessary product Receiving and coordinating store transfers to enhance order fulfillment Organize, manage, and archive digital assets Pulling orders from the warehouse Ability to use Photoshop (Ex:
editing flat-lay and lifestyle product photos) Updating online product and inventory Editing product pictures to upload onto the website Updating product descriptions. Attention to detail & ability to multi-task Communicate effectively and coordinate with team members Perform other duties as assigned Ability to work independently & in a team environment Handle large workloads during busy times (sales & holidays) Some knowledge of surf & skate products Work Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at the Web Department/Warehouse in Huntington Beach. Communication is important in this department. We need someone who is committed, can learn and understand quickly and can handle the upcoming holidays.Job Type:
