$23/hr Available to start asap Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, ensuring seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your enthusiasm and problem-solving skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations while providing outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product information via phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Assist in managing inventory levels through data collection and analysis to support demand planning and stock replenishment strategies. Support procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and managing contracts to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency. Utilize data analysis skills and SQL queries to generate reports on logistics performance, inventory control, and supply chain analytics. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of issues in shipping & receiving, materials handling, or warehouse operations. Maintain accurate records of shipments, freight documentation including NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) documentation, and order fulfillment logs. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in

SQL, ERP

systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, procurement, sourcing, and category management. Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and handle materials efficiently. Excellent negotiation skills combined with vendor management experience to foster strong supplier relationships. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and demand planning tools like MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities including root cause analysis to address supply chain issues proactively. Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, inventory control practices, and profit & loss understanding is a plus.
